| Our policy: All our tiles are made to order specifically for you to your colors and finish ( matt/gloss ) specifications. Orders are not cancellable except the first three days after the order has been placed.
Placing Orders : You may place an order by phone or e-mail. Payment options : We do not accept credit-cards. We will invoice you through Paypal or certified check Payment must be received in advance of shipping. Lead Time / Shipping : Average turn around time is two to three weeks. Keep in mind that all tiles are made to order, because they will be custom colored for you. Within the US, we ship Ups, Fedex or US Mail. unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges, including the cost of packaging are paid by the customer. Our tiles are very well packaged to avoid breakage. Samples : Samples will be mailed to you within three days.The cost of samples is fully refundable provided they are returned to us undamaged within two months. |
