Payment options : We do not accept credit-cards. orders are by phone or by fax. We prefer a money order because it doesn't have to clear. Payment must be received in advance of shipping. Lead Time / Shipping : Average turn around time is two to three weeks. Keep in mind that all tiles are made to order, because they will be custom colored for you. Within the US, we ship Ups, Fedex or US Mail, we use the most cost effective way, unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges, including the cost of packaging are paid by the customer. Our tiles are very well packaged to avoid breakage. Samples : Samples will be mailed to you within three days.The cost of samples is fully refundable provided they are returned to us undamaged within two months. |
